No Cost Service

Unlike traditional recruitment companies, we do not charge organisations a fee for using our service. We are committed to helping people get back into the workforce on a long term basis and become a positive contributor to the community.

Financial assistance available for training

As a Job Services Australia Provider, Communicare is pleased to have the ability to financially assist our clients with any training or qualifications you, the employer may see as necessary requirements for your new employees.

Wage Subsidies

To further assist our clients to gain ongoing employment our organisation can also provide wage subsides following a period of consistent employment.

Post placement support

We can provide a number of unique post placement support services including on the job mentoring and support for new employees to acclimatise to new roles, environments and organisation culture.

Access to training courses for employees

Communicare's Registered Training Organisation (Communicare Education and Training) can offer your employees recognised and accredited qualifications in their chosen field. These are government funded and can be delivered in your workplace.
