The Office
of Multicultural Interests (OMI) co-ordinates the development of
State Government policies and programs to promote multiculturalism and
meet the needs of Western Australians from diverse cultural, linguistic
and religious backgrounds.

Communities for Children is a whole of community
approach to children and families focusing on healthy young families,
early learning and development, support for families and parents and
development of a child friendly community.
Communicare
is a member of the National Employment Services Association. NESA provides
members with a broad range of membership services including advocacy,
representation, professional development, professional advice, policy
advice and development, the provision of education training, traiing,
and information and networking opportunities.
The
Australian Government is providing $4 million to support a new Parenting
Information Website (PIW). Focussing on information about children aged
0-8, it is a resource for parents, professionals, the community and
is funded under the Stronger Familes and Communities Strategy.

Advisory Network (MAN)
Community Vision Incorporated, or CVI, (http://www.communityvision.asn.au/)
is a non-religious, not-for-profit, community-based organisation that
was established by the City of Joondalup as a charity in July 2001.
It's administrative functions are located in the City’s Main Administration
Centre at 90 Boas Avenue, Joondalup.
Multicultural Mental Health Australia (http://www.mmha.org.au/)
is the national leader in mental health and suicide prevention for Australians
from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. The organisation's
objective is to provide consumers, carers and mental health professionals
with the information and resources they need.
