Rob has more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership and executive roles in in the not-for-profit sector, listed software companies and consulting and outsourcing firms. He has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region, with roles including Chief Technology Officer and Asia Pacific Regional Operations Director, working across multiple countries and locations.
Rob has significant experience leading large geographically and culturally diverse enterprise software development and operations teams.
During his career, he has managed, designed, developed and overseen the operation of enterprise SaaS platforms and has led the implementation of numerous large and complex enterprise software projects.
Rob has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Deakin University. He is also a certified Prince2 Practitioner, a highly flexible skillset that has allowed him to manage projects across multiple sectors and countries.
In his current role, Rob is responsible for Communicare’s business systems and information technology infrastructure and services.
He is also responsible for driving Communicare’s digital transformation program and the Information Security Management System (including ISO 27001 certification achieved in October 2021).
