iCommunic8 Day is an annual celebration of all things Communicare. This all-day employee conference is an exciting and invaluable opportunity for our people to learn from and be inspired by the experiences of others as we continue on our journey to creating futures.
The day’s enriching agenda of engaging and interactive activities act as learning experiences which unify our organisation by building the collective knowledge, skills and work relationships of our employees.
Our Employee Recognition Program
The Creating a Difference Award consists of quarterly employee awards: one each for a nominated team and another for a nominated individual.
The awards are designed to formally recognise our individual staff members and teams who consistently deliver high-quality services, show initiative in providing exceptional assistance and demonstrate overall excellence at work.
Our iInnov8 Program
iInnov8 is a program which encourages our employees to contribute ideas that enables continuous improvement and innovation in the business.
The program enables our workforce to get involved in think tanks and pre-feasibility working groups that aim to make our workplace more efficient, improve the way we leverage our diverse services and contribute to ideas for social businesses that aim to enable sustainable solutions to improve the way we address community needs.
Our Staff Engagement and Culture Survey
Our Staff Engagement and Culture Survey is an opportunity for our employees to be involved, heard and valued as we evolve into an agile, responsive, progressive organisation that staff would be proud to be part of.
Our survey was first launched in 2015 to determine how well our employees know and are committed to the values of our organisation. Conducted every two years, it is an opportunity for us to:
- Attain better knowledge about our staff’s current levels of morale, satisfaction and engagement;
- Understand what we do well and what we need to do differently to make Communicare a great place to work.
