The Get Active Project

Pathway Program

Building the sporting potential of young people.

Our Pathway Program engages with young people from a diverse range of backgrounds to build their skills and confidence in a specific sport.

We run our 4-8 week program in partnership with state sporting bodies, local clubs and local government; increasing the participation among culturally and linguistically diverse children and providing them with an easy pathway into mainstream clubs.

We have run successful pathway programs in partnerships in various sports such as cricket, netball, soccer, AFL, hockey, swimming, basketball and little athletics which have increased the opportunities of our clients to integrate with a local sporting club of their chosen sport.

Who is the Pathway Program for?

Our Pathway Program is available to young people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and families in the South-East corridor with children between the ages of 5 and 18 years who need assistance.

Our Location

Our Pathway Program operates from Cannington, Western Australia. For more details about our locations please click here.
