The TAB (Disposal) Bill 2019 is currently before State Parliament and if passed, will see the inclusion of electronic gambling machines ('Trackside') as part of the privatisation of  the WA based betting agency.

The TAB (Disposal) Bill 2019 is currently before State Parliament and if passed, will see the inclusion of electronic gambling machines ('Trackside') as part of the privatisation of  the WA based betting agency. 

Communicare, along with other community sector agencies, has written to all State MLCs to voice its opposition to Trackside noting the devastating impact gambling has on individuals, families and communities.​

CEO, Melissa Perry and other senior leaders within our organisation are a strong advocates for sustainable and safe communities across WA. 

A unified voice across the ​sector sends a strong signal to our politicians that there is no place for Trackside in our community.
