Staff from our nine Employment Services sites are taking ownership of their newly implemented visual management boards.
The colourful, consistent boards tie into the objectives of our jobactive transformation project; enabling site managers to measure high-level monthly outcomes across all job seeker streams, as well as Work for the Dole participation and the number of referrals for jobs, employability skills training and courses.
The concept of visual management is to provide a simple display of information at a glance, improve communication between team members, help teams to focused on their goals and reduce waste within offices.
The jobactive transformation project is currently in the process of implementing our Continuous Improvement Agenda to strengthen the performance and culture of the jobactive program across our organisation.
