Site entry conditions

Before visiting one of our locations it is important to read through the below site entry conditions.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our people, clients, partners, and the communities in which we work is our highest priority. The following site entry conditions now apply to all Communicare sites in all States and Territories to ensure Communicare continues to provide a safe workplace and environment for the delivery of service to individuals.

  • Entry to any Communicare site will require individuals to wear a mask. This condition does not apply to people with disabilities or children that are 12 years of age or under or individuals with a medical exemption.
  • All individuals entering a Communicare site will need to check in by scanning the QR code for that location with the SafeWA or Service WA app or fill in the contact register on site. Checking in helps Communicare remain a COVID safe organisation and assists with contact tracing.
  • Individuals will be asked to show proof of vaccination prior or upon entry to a Communicare site. Should an individual not be vaccinated, our staff may reschedule and deliver our services to you in an alternative method such as via phone, virtual meetings or at an outdoor location.

Please know all our services continue to operate however their service delivery method may have changed in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Visit our locations page to connect with our team and to discuss your service delivery options.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe.
