Our Building a Balance (BAB) service supports young people and their families to find constructive solutions to challenges they may face during mentally, physically and socially transitional times in their lives; improving the way they communicate and their resilience.
Our free counselling program empowers families to develop better communication and reduce the risk of dangerous situations including self-harm and domestic violence.
The strength-based approach program is scheduled into 15 individual therapy sessions over the course of three to six months.
