I felt heard and not alone in my struggles. I felt there was going to be a light at the end of the tunnel, and I would be better equipped to manage situations in the future.
SEMPSS Parent
When I first met the Jade, I was in a really dark place, struggling with motherhood and feeling completely disconnected from my two-and-a-half-year-old son. Honestly, I thought meeting with her would be a waste of time. I didn’t believe anything could help. But I was wrong.
Ellie – Program Participant
I have previously attended the Circle of Security Parenting course, however having it related to parenting a neurodiverse child has changed my perspective on our family life. Amy’s guidance was wonderful, and I felt understood by sharing experiences with families that experience similar situations in their home, school and community life.

I was first introduced to the free courses provided by Communicare through my child health nurse. They have been a fantastic resource, learning experience, fun to do with my mums group and I keep coming back for more.
