A men's behaviour change program focused on early intervention
Northam Men’s Behaviour Change Program focuses on the actions of men who have chosen to use violence and abuse in their intimate partner
and family relationships. It is a program that can help with managing difficult emotions and experiences in a safe way, resolving conflict and
creating plans to increase safety at home. The service is trauma informed, strengths-based and open to men who would like to create a different
future for themselves and their families. This program is flexible in its delivery, offering in person one-on-one sessions, group work or online
depending on the what works for the person wanting to engage. This program is about working on taking responsibility for behaviour change and
family safety.
Northam Men’s Behaviour Change program is funded by Department of Communities and delivered jointly by Communicare and KEEDAC.
