The festive season can be one of the most magical times of the year, but for families doing it tough, it can also be challenging and stressful. As the cost of living rises, more and more families face a Christmas without a tree, let alone gifts for their Children.

You can help.

You can help families experiencing hardship by donating to Communicare’s 2023 Christmas Appeal. For years Communicare’s Christmas appeal has helped Western Australian children and families through food vouchers and gifts for children.

Our 2019 Christmas appeal provided 388 families with 46 food vouchers and 741 gifts for children. Over the past three years, the Riverton RSL has organised a convoy of military and first responder vehicles and motorcycles to collect and deliver large bags of toys to Communicare’s Everyday Elves Workshop to help Children at Christmas.

With more people struggling now than ever before, we want to make our 2023 Christmas Appeal our biggest yet.

Help us spread joy this giving season by donating to our 2023 Christmas Appeal.

For those who are experiencing financial hardship, family separation, homelessness, or trauma, it can be a time of great distress and anxiety. Your generosity will once again help us to put food on tables, presents under trees and above all else, put a smile on the faces of children as they wake up on Christmas Day.
